Properties have been verified by reputable third-party realtors. Owners are also reputable members of the Jamaican business society.



Are property prices final or is there room for negotiation?

Prices may change depending on season, length of stay and other considerations.



How do I pay to rent properties?

Payments can be made via:

+ Western Union

+ MoneyGram

+ Manager's Cheque

+ PayPal

+ Cash (can be paid by tenant or conduit)



Are there additional fees other than rental fees?

Security deposits may be mandatory depending on the length of stay.



What is the refund policy?

For a full refund, cancellation must be made five full days prior to listing’s local check in time (or 3:00 PM if not specified) on the day of check in. For example, if check-in is on Friday, cancel by the previous Sunday before check in time.

If the guest cancels less than 5 days in advance, the first night is non-refundable but the remaining nights will be 50% refunded.

If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are 50% refunded.



How do I book an apartment?

To book an apartment you need to choose an apartment and then send an enquiry to the host.
